Alzheimer's Support Group

Traditions invites you to attend our Alzheimer's Support Group, Monday, January 5, from 6-7 PM. The meeting will be held in the Schaefer Rehabilitation Center Conference Room. Hosted by Memory Care Program Director, Beth Oyer. Please bring your loved one with dementia. Activities and refreshments will be provided.
